There are lots of great veggie sandwich fillings and a variety of tasty breads to use, such as baguettes, buns, baps, wraps, pitta or ciabatta. Here are a few suggestions.

Tortilla wrap or pitta pocket filled with Redwoods Chicken Style Cheatin' Bites or falafel and salad.

Dairy-free cream cheese (Swedish Soft or Tofutti) and olives or thin slices of apple and pieces of walnuts.

Houmous and roasted vegetables, such as peppers, courgettes, onions and mushrooms.

Grated vegan cheese (Redwoods cheezly or Scheese) and pickle, dairy free mayonnaise (Plamil) , low fat salad cream, or vegan coleslaw.
