Burgamix Meatballs

Ingredients

150g sachet Burgamix

1 onion chopped

1tbspn of chopped herbs and/or spices

Method

1. Make up Burgamix as directed on the packet

2. Stir in onion, herbs and spices a the mixing stage

3. Form into balls and oven bake at 180 C for 10-15 minutes.

4. Serve with a spicy tomato and red pepper sauce on pasta
